Job description:
Company Overview
Puzzle Box Academy is part of an integrated network of schools and clinical programs (including Legacy High School, Kaleidoscope Interventions, and Bridge to Tomorrow) serving neurodivergent learners through evidence-based clinical practice, compassionate teaching, and individualized support.

- Directly manage, mentor, and develop ~8 BCBAs, who in turn supervise ~35 RBTs
- Build scalable clinical systems and a culture of accountability and ethical practice
- Serve as the senior clinical voice for families and partner with HR on clinical hiring and retention
- Collaborate with the CEO/COO on payer strategy, program development, and organizational growth
- Report directly to the COO
