Lead Server (Full Time)

Job Description

The Lead Server @ The Fountains provides exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests.

Pay range: $19-$20/hr

Schedule: This is a full time position. Must be availble for both shifts and every other weekend (6am-2pm, 10:45pm-8pm)

What will I do every day?

• Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
• Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and be able to assist residents with their requests
• Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings
• Perform other related duties as required 

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• A passion for excellence
• A great moral compass
• High school graduate preferred
• 6 months to 1 year of dining experience
