The Job: - Properly learn and execute recipe procedures
- Cook proteins to various temperatures accurately and in a timely manner
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Communicate ticket times to Team members and management when needed
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
- Ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
- Able to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards

- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience is a plus, but not required! We will train you!
