Line Cook

Line cook duties include setting up stations for service and assists the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. Your Passport to Adventure (A.K.A Job Requirements):

• Properly learn and execute recipe procedures
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
• Communicate ticket times to staff members and management when needed
• Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
• Ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
• Helping fellow Staff Members when needed
• Able to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards
• Punctual and reliable
• Flexible schedule
• The best of attitudes
• Willing to learn
