Position Summary:
The Branch Manager is primarily responsible for supervision of day-to-day operations, developing and leading a team, growing and maintaining client relations, establishing goals, implementing policies/procedures in compliance with federal and state requirements, and overseeing branch P&L. This includes collaborating with sales and marketing teams to generate new business, along with recruitment and placement of talent pipelines.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor branch office staff
- Â Run day-to-day operations of the branch
- Â Hire, develop, and train employees
- Â Establish goals, activities, and objectives
- Â Develop new customer contacts while maintaining current customer relationships
- Â Generate sales leads and business development within the market area
- Â Lead branch efforts to identify, screen and place qualified candidates in temporary and contract roles
- Handle personnel functions within the branch
- Recruitment, screening, and placement of applicants
- Branch P&L responsibility; drive profitability, control costs, and utilize resources
- Expedite Workers Comp and UI claims
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Experience in recruitment and the staffing industry is requiredÂ
• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in a supervisory/leadership role is preferred
• Superior customer service, public relations, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and lead
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Available to work in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
