Pay Rate: $27.97 per hour . Plus shift differential $1.50 per hour
Shift & Working Hours: 4:45 PM to 5:15 AM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.
Sign on Bonus: $1500 - $250 paid after 30 days of employment. $500 paid after 6 months of employment. $750 paid after 12 months of employment.
In the Sybil Operator role you will monitor overall cheese making of the Sybil process to maintain high quality and productivity standards. Proficient in all phases (process and CIP of equipment), including, but not limited to the job duties listed below. Maintain a safe work environment and meet all established quality standards. This role will also cross train with the trial Warby process.

Key Responsibilities:
Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others
Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
Able to multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment
Ensures all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production process
Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
Collaborates and follows the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments
Required Skills & Qualifications
18 years or older
1+ year of work experience (manufacturing preferred)
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to learn equipment operation, testing, and sanitation processes
Willingness to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement efforts
Strong communication skills to work with production, R&D, and Engineering
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and reliability
Experience:
1+ year of manufacturing or production experience preferred
Experience in high-speed or highly automated environments is a plus
Experience with equipment operation, troubleshooting, or maintenance preferred
Forklift experience or certification preferred
Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include:
Lift/carry up to 50 lbs
Frequent movement (walking, standing, bending, lifting, etc.)
Work in PPE and varying environments (hot, cold, dusty, chemical exposure)
Work scheduled shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
