At Boomerang Marine and Sports our goal is to be the premier destination for outdoor fun! Our family-owned company is in the 3rd generation of ownership and has been in business since 1951. We are currently looking for a Service Manager for our Melrose, MN location.

As a Service Manager you will use your customer service skills to assist customers and employees to provide the best customer experience while working through any Marine and Powersports service needs. Your innate ability to carefully listen to the customer to identify their needs will help you be able to direct them to the right solution to properly repair and maintain their boat, ATV, or UTV. Your ability to lead and manage people will allow you to meet monthly goals and objectives and ensure the service department is profitable and efficient.
