What We Need
  • Litigation Attorney in our Melville, NY office with 5 years of Foreclosure litigation experience
  • Diverse/ minority candidates encouraged to apply
  • Juris Doctorate and member in good standing of the NY Bar
  • Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Managing and prioritizing a large caseload
Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
Attending hearings and status conferences
Interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members
Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk
