Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Coordinate the development, implementation, and maintenance of training programs to ensure compliance with all training policies and requirements.
• Assign local, global, and business curriculums according to operational needs.
• Work with Course Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop local training content.
• Serve as the owner/administrator of the computer-based document control system.
• Develop and maintain employee‑specific training schedules and plans in partnership with Leadership, Resource Leaders, and Learning Leaders.
• Ensure training materials for Production, Logistics, and Maintenance are reviewed, approved, updated, and accessible.
• Support onboarding for new employees across Production, Logistics, and Maintenance.
• Assist with the Learning Management System (LMS) and coach employees on accessing and using learning resources.
• Support local implementation of global Instructor‑Led courses and other local learning projects.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing or related experience.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Minimum 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to understand the big picture and articulate the value of training to plant performance.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive and positive feedback.
• Adaptable, proactive, and quick to learn new skills.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience providing basic IT support or coordinating IT activities.
• SAP experience.
• Experience working on a production floor to assist in hands‑on training.
