Position Summary

The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This position is responsible for washing dishes, sanitizing kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, and supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, kitchen, storage areas, and trash stations
  • Sweep and mop floors regularly to maintain a safe working environment
  • Remove trash and recycling and transport to designated disposal areas
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when needed
  • Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies throughout the shift
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
  • Support kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks as assigned
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the team

Qualifications
