What Will I Be Doing?Ā Ā

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:Ā Ā

  • TeamĀ memberĀ must be able to work in aĀ team orientedĀ and safety conscious environment. ā€œSafety Firstā€ expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.Ā 

  • Assigned tasks list toĀ include, butĀ not limited to repairs and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveying systems, piping, heat exchangers, power transmissions, and other power-driven rotating equipment. Repairs and preventive maintenance to be performed inĀ conformanceĀ with established standards. Expectation of task completion to range from task completion with direct supervision to task completion without supervision, reliant upon assigned tasks andĀ employee’sĀ development.Ā 

  • This position may require moderate supervision and follow-up.Ā 

  • AssistĀ in formulating preventive maintenance standards / work procedures while performing those duties andĀ provideĀ work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.Ā 

  • Must have working knowledge of the following topics: using hand / power tools, precision alignment, rigging, pipefitting, welding, blueprint reading, mathematics, Preventive/Predictive Maintenance.Ā 

  • EmployeeĀ will performĀ any and allĀ other duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor.Ā 

  • Must be able to use hand toolsĀ on a daily basisĀ such as power tools (hand grinders, saws, impact wrenches, drill press, and hydraulic pullers), andĀ rigging equipment. Also perform welding, using a cutting torch asĀ required.Ā 

  • Must be able toĀ operateĀ and have knowledge of simple and complex heavy industrial equipment such as forklifts, scissors lifts, basket trucks, and skid loaders.Ā 

  • Works from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc.Ā utilizingĀ fall protection equipment as necessary to complete tasksĀ 

  • Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.Ā 

  • EnsuresĀ compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.Ā 

  • Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.Ā 

  • Communications with all team members toĀ assistĀ the development of short- and long-range planning in assist of the company’s goals and objectivesĀ 

  • MaintainĀ personal tools required for your job to include an up to date documented personal tool list. Required toolĀ listingĀ to be supplied as part of employment.Ā 

  • MeetĀ physicalĀ requirements of the job. Physical requirementsĀ ofĀ the job will be provided to you prior to employment.Ā 

  • Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.Ā

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $29.75 - $35.00
