Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming telephone calls determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Perform routine temperature screening twice a day: morning and afternoon
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Oversee general office maintenance
- Report deficiencies and repairs of appliances equipment.
- Submit office maintenance service requests to building management when needed (ie. lightbulb replacements, leaks)
- Greets visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications.
- Assist with expense reports submissions through Concur
- Validate parking tickets.
- Assist organizing catering
- Order office supplies/keep inventory of stock and restock as needed (subject to purchase approval by Ron Wolf or Executive Assistant).
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
- Handles multiple projects and other clerical duties as needed
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of previous customer service experience including working with the public.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail is imperative and must be able to multi-task.
- Must be highly motivated.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.
Physical Requirements:
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting at desk.
- Must be able to use hands and arms for repetitive movements, such as movement of wrists, hands, fingers while typing.
- May occasionally be required to lift and carry up to 10lbs.
