What You’ll Be Responsible For
Customer Communication
- Â Answer incoming calls and confidently guide customers through next stepsÂ
- Â Gather accurate information quickly and route calls appropriatelyÂ
-  Maintain a calm, professional tone—even with stressed or frustrated callersÂ
Accounts Receivable Support
- Â Assist with invoicing and maintain organized billing recordsÂ
- Â Ensure information is accurate and up to dateÂ
- Â Support the team in keeping financial documentation clean and completeÂ
Scheduling & Coordination
- Â Help manage calendars and coordinate appointmentsÂ
- Â Keep schedules organized and proactively resolve conflictsÂ
-  Ensure nothing “falls through the cracks”Â
Subcontractor Onboarding
- Â Collect and verify required documentation (W-9s, insurance, agreements)Â
- Â Maintain organized and complete vendor filesÂ
- Â Follow up when documentation is missing or incompleteÂ
Office Operations
- Â Support day-to-day office needsÂ
- Â Communicate clearly with team members and customersÂ
- Â Help maintain a high standard of organization and responsivenessÂ

- 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience (required)
