Our organization will grow rapidly, and we will maintain a culture of high performance.   Success will be the result of the team.   Key Responsibilities Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to develop safe, balanced, and patient-focused pain management treatment plans Perform comprehensive and problem-focused patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations Work with physicians to diagnose and order appropriate minimally-invasive procedures to address the root cause of patients’ pain, offering alternatives to debilitating surgery or reliance on medications Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results Maintain accurate, timely, and complete electronic health records documenting patient care and treatment outcomes Initiate referrals and consultations when patient needs exceed scope of practice or expertise Educate and counsel patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and health promotion Counsel patients on medication regimens, potential side effects, and interactions with supplements and over-the-counter medications Review patient documentation to evaluate the effectiveness and quality of care provided Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Current AANP or NCCPA certification (as applicable) Active and unrestricted Tennessee license (or eligibility for licensure) Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills Passion for patient-centered care and collaborative practice Compensation & Benefits PartnerCare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which may include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Life and disability insurance Paid time off and holidays And more   About MidSouth Pain Treatment Center Founded in 2000, MidSouth Pain Treatment Center was established to address the lack of pain management services in rural communities.
