Sonic Summary

The position serves as the primary contact for staff, students, parents, and the public at the summer school site.
The role involves welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff while performing general office and clerical duties.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with two years of clerical experience preferred.
The job requires a commitment to the entire summer school period, attendance at administrative meetings, and availability for setup and closeout.
This is a seasonal position specifically for summer school, with a salary of $15 per hour.

Purpose and Scope

Serves as primary contact for staff, students, parents and the public at the summer school site. Welcomes and assists everyone who enters the summer school site and directs them to the appropriate staff. Supports the summer school site by performing general office and routine clerical duties.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from High School or GED. Two (2) years of clerical experience preferred.

The following special conditions are required: Commitment for the entire period of summer school. Attendance at ALL periodic administrative meetings. Availability prior to the end of the regular school assignment to participate in summer school setup and preparation. Availability for summer school closeout.
