Sonic Summary

The position serves as the primary contact for staff, students, parents, and the public at the summer school site.
The role involves welcoming and assisting visitors while directing them to the appropriate staff members.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and preferably two years of clerical experience.
The job requires a commitment for the entire summer school period, including attendance at all administrative meetings and involvement in setup and closeout.
This position is specifically for summer school and does not extend beyond that timeframe.

Purpose and Scope

Serves as primary contact for staff, students, parents and the public at the summer school site. Welcomes and assists everyone who enters the summer school site and directs them to the appropriate staff. Supports the summer school site by performing general office and routine clerical duties.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from High School or GED. Two (2) years of clerical experience preferred.

The following special conditions are required: Commitment for the entire period of summer school. Attendance at ALL periodic administrative meetings. Availability prior to the end of the regular school assignment to participate in summer school setup and preparation. Availability for summer school closeout.
