 East Memphis, TN (Onsite | Local Travel)

 Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

A stable, family owned construction company in Memphis (east side, close to Germantown) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role managing multiple active $20M+ builds with strong internal support and a collaborative team environment.

️ What You’ll Do

• Manage entire $20M+ construction projects from kickoff through completion 
• Oversee ~3 large projects at a time
• Coordinate closely with superintendents to maintain schedules and ensure timelines are met
• Handle submittals and review shop drawings
• Communicate regularly with subcontractors to resolve issues and keep work progressing
• Conduct site visits ~2x per week to monitor progress and align on priorities
• Track long lead items and proactively manage delivery timelines
• Work primarily from a private office at the home office
• Utilize Procore for project management and documentation
• Manage scheduling using Primavera P3 and/or Microsoft Project

✅ What You Bring

• 10+ years of senior project management experience with a GC construction company
• Proven experience managing full-cycle construction projects- ground to completion
• Large project experience of $20M+ is required
• Strong ability to coordinate teams, subcontractors, and timelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required)
• Strong understanding in civil work, concrete work, wood or steel frames, mechanical plumbing & electrical and more. 

 Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $110K–$130K
• Bonus: Up to 25% of annual salary
