Description
Our Cooks function as the heartbeat of the kitchen and food operations at our cafe locations. They are tasked with preparing and serving quality food with an emphasis on consistency. Cooks must maintain a working knowledge of the products we offer and what they will be tasked with preparing for and executing in the kitchen. Our Cooks will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchens they work in as well.
Requirements
- Previous cook or kitchen experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must possess a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement with a hands-on, cooperative approach in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and accountability in completing all tasks in a thorough, accurate and timely manner
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
