Job Summary
Provides innovative leadership to maximize the entity's contribution to overall corporation performanceÂ
through effective planning as well as human and financial goals of the corporation. Responsible forÂ
assuring entity contribution to overall corporation's mission and goals. Under the direction of theÂ
Administrator. Incumbent is responsible for all shifts, 7 days/week, 24 hours/day. Incumbents are subjectÂ
to overtime and callback as required.

Job Responsibilities
•E I Plans, implements and markets services which meet the needs of identified internal andÂ
external customers through evaluation and assessment of customer needs and expectationsÂ
resulting in development of improvement plans with measurable goals to enhance services.
•E 2 Provides leadership through facilitating BMHCS vision/values through personal example andÂ
interaction with staff to communicate policies and goals, which will result in enhanced employeeÂ
skills, management, and leadership.
•E 3 Directs overall operational management through assessment of entity's operations andÂ
interaction with staff and customers to enhance efficiency and quality of service.
•E 4 Controls overall financial/budgetary management of the entity through evaluation of productsÂ
and services and analysis of entity operations, implementation of workload standards, review ofÂ
operations to identify opponunities for cost reduction and enhance profitability and optimalÂ
resource utilization.
•E 5 Facilitates customer satisfaction by communicating and interacting with key intemal andÂ
extemal customers to identify opportunities for improvement resulting in enhanced service andÂ
customer satisfaction.
•E 6 Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed.
