Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for supervising daily outbound planning, organizing, and operations of the distribution center. Oversees distribution functions, including order process, picking, packaging, and shipping.

Essential Functions
- Supervise and coordinate daily outbound operations, including picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
- Ensure all pharmaceutical products are shipped in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage a team of warehouse associates, including training, performance monitoring, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with inventory, customer service, and FedEx to ensure timely dispatch.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in outbound processes and recommend improvements.
- Conduct team briefings to align staff on daily outbound targets, safety updates, and policy changes.
- Maintain records of outbound shipments, discrepancies, and non-conformances for reporting and audits.
- Train team members on proper handling procedures for hazardous, temperature-controlled, and controlled pharmaceuticals.
- Monitor outbound KPIs (pulling production, order accuracy, shipping errors) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure SOPs are followed and quality standards are met.
- Facilitate cross-training within the outbound team to improve flexibility and coverage.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards.
- Address and resolve any delays, discrepancies, or customer complaints related to outbound operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities
Education: Associate degree; or previous work equivalent.
Experience: Two+ years of warehouse supervisory or similar management position/distribution environment.
Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Word, and Outlook,
Other Skills: Proactive thinking, strong communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, attention to detail, and possess strong time management skills.
