The Finance and Operations Coordinator will support the financial, administrative, and compliance functions of the organization, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to university, state, and federal requirements. This position works closely with the Executive Director and other stakeholders to maintain accurate records, facilitate audits, manage contracts, and support research commercialization and board operations. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to accuracy and deadlines.

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Proficiency in Excel a plus.

  • Must be willing to learn QuickBooks, and Oracle.
