Make a Real Difference in Rehabilitation


Are you a passionate Physical Therapy Assistant looking to elevate patient care? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. In this role, you'll help Physical Therapists provide physical therapy treatments and procedures, advocating for patient recovery and contributing to our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instruct, motivate, safeguard, and assist patients as they practice exercises or functional activities.

  • Observe patients during treatments to evaluate data and provide results to the physical therapist.

  • Confer with physical therapy staff to discuss and evaluate patient information for coordinating treatment.

  • Communicate with and instruct caregivers and family members on patient therapeutic activities.

  • Transport patients to and from treatment areas, lifting and transferring according to positioning requirements.

  • Administer active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, massage, and modality treatments.

  • Fit patients for orthopedic braces, prostheses, and supportive devices.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Associate’s degree or certification from an approved physical therapy program.

  • Skills: Excellent customer service, patient care skills, and basic understanding of medical terminology.

  • Experience: Clinical experience included in course study; long-term care experience preferred.

  • Physical Readiness: Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, positioning, and prolonged standing.
