Position Overview: 


We are looking for a Treatment Nurse to deliver high-quality care to residents. This role involves managing treatment plans, administering medications, conducting assessments, educating residents and families, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical skills, a collaborative spirit, and an empathetic approach to care. This is a rewarding opportunity to positively impact residents' health and well-being in a supportive team environment.

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments of residents.

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatment protocols.

  • Monitor and document residents’ treatment responses and progress.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans.

  • Educate residents and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

  • Ensure compliance with facility regulations, policies, and protocols.

  • Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.


Requirements:

  • Current and active LPN or RN license in the state of Tennessee or compact.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar environment is highly desirable.

  • Strong clinical assessment and wound care skills.
