Full-Service Hotel Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full-Time
Weekend availability is required.

Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician to handle general repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the hotel. This includes guest rooms, public areas, meeting space, kitchen, laundry, and building equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete guest room and public-area repairs
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, and carpentry work
• Complete preventive maintenance inspections
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests
• Identify safety concerns, leaks, damage, and equipment problems
• Maintain work orders, tools, parts, and maintenance areas
• Assist with emergency repairs and other hotel needs
• Follow hotel safety procedures and brand standards

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, apartment, or building maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders

Schedule

A flexible schedule is required. Candidates must be available to work weekends and some holidays or evenings as needed.
