Job DetailsJob Location: Memphis, TN 38118Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: NoneTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: AnyJob Category: Entry Level Work safely and use personal protective equipment as required.  Set-up, program, troubleshoot, adjust, and do basic maintenance on equipment as required.  Preform tooling change overs as required.   Repetitive loading / unloading of equipment.  Perform work as assigned by Production Supervisor/Manager.  Review work orders to ensure product is produced to specifications.  Verifies machine settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work-pieces.  Maintains part specifications by:   Observing machine operations  Monitoring feed and speed rates  Taking measurements   Detecting malfunctions  Troubleshooting processes  Adjusting and reprogramming controls  Sharpening and replacing worn tools  Performing basic machine maintenance  Adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes  Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.    Assist in production line changeovers.  Communicate maintenance and production issues to supervisor.  Maintain and clean work area.  QualificationsREQUIRED  Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while performing repetitive work  Ability to perform basic math  Available to work any shift  High School diploma or equivalent  Blueprint reading  Reading of measurement equipment   PREFERRED  2 year Technical Degree
