The Maintenance Technician, under general supervision, is responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities. Be a creative and proactive contributor, focused on continued improvement.

What will you do?
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform electrical, painting, and/or carpentry repairs of fixtures and equipment on company premises.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversee installation, relocation and reinstallation of new and/or existing equipment.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain and repair production support air compressors, air dryers, and vacuum systems.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Update mechanical prints when changes mandate.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain all air conditioning and ventilation equipment within manufacturer specifications.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Submit proposals and recommendations to department supervisor for upgrades or changes.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain maintenance records for each piece of equipment responsible for.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follow Preventive Maintenance Instructions and ensure that the records for such are properly documented.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Min 3-5 years experience; needs demonstrated skills required to perform the job.
