Are you an engineer who is passionate about solving complex manufacturing challenges and driving continuous improvement? As a Process Engineer I based in Memphis, Tennessee, you will play an important role in developing, improving, and supporting manufacturing processes that help deliver advanced medical technologies to patients around the world. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross functional teams, contribute to new product introductions, and make a meaningful impact on quality, efficiency, and innovation.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products

  • Support new product introductions through process development, equipment validation, and production readiness activities

  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions

  • Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Design, and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance

  • Conduct and document equipment validation activities, including IQ, OQ, PQ, and revalidation requirements

  • Collect and analyze process data to identify trends, improve process capability, and drive operational excellence

  • Support cost reduction projects and continuous improvement initiatives using innovative manufacturing methods

  • Evaluate manufacturing equipment and tooling, recommending upgrades and enhancements where appropriate

  • Create and maintain process documentation including work instructions, SOPs, routings, and validation reports

  • Monitor process changes during initial production runs to ensure stable and successful product launches

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline

  • 0 to 3 years of engineering experience, including internships, co op placements, or manufacturing industry experience

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify practical solutions

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced manufacturing environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, process validation activities, CAD tools, or data analysis software would be advantageous
