Summary

The Reset Specialist will help market, price and rotate Sundance/ National Beverage Products at chain and independent c- stores and grocery stores. In addition, the Reset Specialist is responsible for assisting with delivering product, selling product to proprietary customers such as supermarkets, convenience stores, drug stores other outlets. The Reset Specialist will assist other departments as directed from the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for Sale Reps by driving to accounts and make sales calls.
• Reset coolers to predetermined plan-o-grams to gain maximum shelf space. Check inventory, merchandising aids, and equipment such as cold box coolers.
• Merchandise shelves and coolers and make product displays look attractive. Presents current sales programs to store owners or managers.
• Prepares orders, checks on existing product orders and solves customer problems particularly in regards with product complaints, product damage, shortages, returnable bottles and billing problems.
• Check out trucks from time to time to make sure orders are correct.
• Fill, rotate, and price (when required) all cooler, shelf and display space at time of delivery.
• Delivery products to stores, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years previous sales experience
• Valid license with less than 5 points
• Ability to lift, push and pull 50 pounds or more
• Able to work flexible work schedule
