Occupational Therapist-Full-Time Days- Home Care

Evaluate, plan, and provide occupational therapy treatment programs for our adult population in their home setting in such areas as neuro, orthopedic, general medicine, and dysphagia/swallow.  This position covers NYP/Lawrence Home Care of Westchester, a certified home health agency.

This is a full-time day position. 

Preferred Criteria

• Preferred experience in home care, nursing home setting, hospital and or rehabilitation facilities 
• Master’s Degree
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Certification
• AOTA Membership

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• New York State Occupational Therapist License within one year of hire, or NYS Limited Permit if applicable 
• Knowledge of Occupational Therapy practices
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
