We are seeking an On-Site Audio Visual Field Specialist to provide services for one of our clients in Memphis, TN, whose attitude, skills, and work ethic embody our mission: to provide a fantastic customer experience. This role requires someone passionate about AV technology who can think outside the box while adhering to Enterprise AV standards. What are your responsibilities? Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions Final product walk-through with clients and train them on their systems.  Support on-site and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams for corporate clients Other tasks as assigned Will you fit in? AV/IT Networking: Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry is a must! At least 4 years of experience with audio-visual installations, commissioning, and service is required. Education: An associate's degree is preferred, but not required. We take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.
