Program Coordinator, Full-Time

About the Role  
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support individuals receiving services under DDA guidelines. This role oversees daily operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports person‑centered service delivery across Day, CDS, and Employment programs.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily program operations and staffing
Ensure compliance with DDA and COMAR regulations
Support Person‑Centered Plans, documentation, and progress tracking
Provide guidance and oversight to Direct Support Professionals
Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and audit readiness
Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
2+ years of experience in DDA or disability‑support services
Strong knowledge of DDA regulations and person‑centered practices                                                                                                                                Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule & Environment  
Full‑time, with occasional evening/weekend needs. Travel between program sites required.
