What You’ll Do

You will…

Work to provide exceptional customer service as you inspect homes or commercial building for potential buyers or sellers
Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the home/business
Build relationships with Real Estate Agents and Brokers
Complete inspection reports and collect payment

What We’re Looking For

We hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in the construction or real estate field is helpful.

High school diploma or GED
18 years or older
Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens
