Pay Rate: 

$78,000 - $87,000 (PL 8)

The Job You Will Perform: 

  • Serve as the centralized escalation point for all Accounts Payable inquiries and issues. 

  • Manage and resolve exception‑related problems, including price and quantity discrepancies, incomplete or missing documentation, and other process deviations. 

  • Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to reduce exceptions and enhance overall AP efficiency. 

  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with key stakeholders such as facilities, Corporate Center partners, and external vendors. 

  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute the Accounts Payable performance scorecard. 

  • Develop, deliver, and manage all change management initiatives and associated training materials. 

  • Act as the administrator for IPNet Accounts Payable pages and Viva Engage. 

  • Perform account reconciliations. 

  • Execute additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

 

The Skills You Will Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 

  • 5+ years of diverse experience across Accounting and Procurement functions. 

  • Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to develop sustainable, long‑term solutions. 

  • Demonstrated critical‑thinking skills for generating, interpreting, and evaluating key performance metrics. 

  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies, tools, and business environments. 

  • Change management certification preferred. 

  • Experience designing and delivering end‑user training. 

  • SAP experience preferred. 

  • A growth‑oriented mindset with a desire to continually learn and improve. 

  • Positive, proactive, can‑do attitude. 

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. 

  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
