AFC Urgent Care in Memphis is hiring a Full-Time X-Ray Technologist for a dual-role position that combines radiology + hands-on patient care. If you’re looking for a role where you’re actively involved in patient care, not just behind the machine, this is a strong fit.

What You’ll Do
X-Ray Duties
- Perform diagnostic X-rays (Full Scope preferred)Â
- Ensure proper positioning, technique, and radiation safety (ALARA)Â
- Prepare images for provider and radiology overreadsÂ
Medical Assistant Duties
- Room patients and assist providers with exams and proceduresÂ
- Run point-of-care labs and support clinical workflowsÂ
- Administer treatments within scopeÂ
- Discharge patients and provide instructionsÂ
Team Support
- Help maintain patient flow in a high-volume clinicÂ
- Assist with both clinical and front office tasks as neededÂ
What We’re Looking For
- ARRT registered (or eligible) – preferredÂ
- Tennessee X-Ray License – requiredÂ
- Full Scope strongly preferred (Limited Scope considered with experience)Â
- Experience in urgent care, ER, or high-volume outpatient setting is a plusÂ
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environmentÂ
- Willing to take on both X-ray and Medical Assistant responsibilitiesÂ
