Job DetailsJob Location: Agape - Central Office - Memphis, TN 38131Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 2 Year DegreeJob Category: Nonprofit - Social ServicesStarting Salary Range: $37,500 - $41,500 Agape has a current opening for a Relationship Connector.  The Relationship Connector advances the mission of Agape Child & Family Services by providing direct service and support to couples and individuals participating in the Becoming ONE program. This role engages participants through relationship-building, goal setting, and coordinated services that strengthen relational health, family stability, and long-term well-being. Grounded in Agape’s Science of Hope and Human-Flourishing frameworks, the Relationship Connector supports participants in identifying goals, developing pathways, and strengthening agency through a strengths-based, family-centered approach. Key Responsibilities: Participant Engagement & Case Management Serve as the primary point of contact for couples and individuals from enrollment through program participation and follow-up.  Conduct intake, assessments, and individualized relationship success planning. Provide strength-based case management and referrals to support participant goals. Maintain consistent engagement with participants, including follow-up and support services. Program Implementation Facilitate relationship education curricula and group sessions (e.g., PREP 8, Prepare & Enrich). Support coordination of retreats, workshops, and engagement activities. Promote participant engagement in program activities and services. Data, Documentation & Quality Improvement Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the case management system. Track participant progress, services, and outcomes in alignment with program requirements. Use data to inform service delivery and continuous improvement.  Participate in Agape’s Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) processes. Collaboration & Partnership Work in partnership with internal teams and community partners to support participant needs. Represent Agape in community meetings and collaborative efforts as appropriate. Maintain strong relationships with couples, families, and stakeholders. Organizational Engagement & Professional Responsibilities Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and organizational learning opportunities.  Maintain positive and productive relationships with colleagues, partners, and community stakeholders. Support outreach and engagement efforts. We’re committed to creating a workplace where you feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.QualificationsEducation & Experience:    Required: •    Associate degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  •    Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in human services, community engagement, or related work. •    Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders. •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred: •    Experience working with marries couples, individuals, or families in community-based or ministry settings. •    Experience with case management systems.  Additional responsibilities include flexibility for evenings and weekend work as needed, reliable transportation for business use, including a current driver's license and current auto insurance with acceptable coverage levels, and engagement in Agape's Performance Quality and Improvement standards of quality & excellence. Physical Requirements: •    Ability to travel between community locations, partner organizations, and program sites as needed. •    Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. •    Frequent standing, walking, and movement within community, church, and partner sites.  •    Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.
