Position Summary: The Supervisor, Warehouse Cycle Count/Inventory is responsible for supervising the cycle count and replenishment teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accountability of inventory across the distribution center. This role oversees cycle count activities, inventory reconciliations, root cause analysis, and process improvements to maintain high inventory accuracy and support operational efficiency. The Supervisor partners closely with warehouse operations, quality, transportation, and customer service teams to resolve inventory discrepancies, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position provides leadership, coaching, training, and performance management for the inventory control team while leveraging inventory management systems and data analysis to optimize warehouse performance and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure accurate location integrity, warehouse cleanliness, and product organization and security.
- Report all discrepant locations and inventory issues.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, supporting, promoting, and enforcing safety regulations including utillizing computer software tools to measure performance.
- Analyze and resolve work problems, motivate employees, and coordinate department activities.
- Follow ISO work instructions and strategically manage Conectiv’s Cycle Count Program.
- Provide necessary resources for customer demand and conduct quarterly counts.
- Audit locations, make corrections, and perform root cause analysis of count errors.
- Provide leadership for Inventory processes and controls.
- Implement and verify effective strategies using minimal company resources.
- Verify quality and productivity standards, write detailed reports, and present findings in meetings.
- Suggest changes to Inventory control systems and procedures for efficiency.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and Inventory staff to achieve operational objectives.
- Develop and implement effective control processes to enhance productivity.
Required Education and Experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Work Environment
Primarily operates in a warehouse environment, requires flexibility to adapt between warehouse floor activities and administrative tasks. Regularly works near moving mechanical parts, packaging and/or distribution equipment and changing temperatures. Frequently exposed to moderate noise and vibration.

The employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time; occasionally move about inside the facility to converse with co-workers and monitor production; may need to position oneself to move between tight, high, or low spaces. The employee must maneuver, move, and/or transport up to 30 pounds for short distances. Occasionally ascends/descends stairs to traverse from one part of the warehouse to another. Seeing abilities required by this job include detecting/identifying/recognizing/inspecting objects close to the employee, within a distance, peripherally, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
