The department of Human Resources invites applicants to apply for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This position provides administrative and operational support for recruitment and onboarding processes for staff, faculty, and temporary employees. This role assists with job postings, candidate screening, and pre-employment activities while ensuring compliance with institutional and accreditation standards. The coordinator facilitates onboarding, supports hiring managers, manages recruitment documentation, and contributes to reporting and process improvement efforts to ensure an efficient and compliant hiring experience.

Initial screening begins Tuesday April 14, 2026, and will occur every Tuesday thereafter until the position has been filled.
