Join a high performing distribution and operations team where your leadership will directly impact inventory accuracy, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring products reach customers safely, efficiently, and on time while developing and empowering a talented warehouse team in a fast paced, regulated medical device environment.

Location: Memphis, Tennessee (US Swinnea Warehouse)

What will you be doing?

  • Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory transactions

  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle count programs and effective ERP transaction management, with SAP experience highly valued

  • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates while managing performance, scheduling, and attendance

  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, and other applicable quality and regulatory requirements

  • Support audits, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and continuous compliance initiatives

  • Drive Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, service, and productivity

  • Partner cross functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, and Transportation teams to achieve operational goals

  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement actions that strengthen warehouse performance and customer delivery

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

  • 3 to 5 years of warehouse, distribution, or supply chain experience

  • 1 to 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience

  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes, and operational best practices

  • Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and build collaborative working relationships

  • Experience in a regulated industry preferred, with knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, or GDP standards considered an advantage

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, APICS, or ASCM certification preferred
