Job Title: IT Service Associate Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)
Contract: 6 Months W2 ONLY

Duties:

• Delivers professional activities in the IT Support job family with a focus on IT Services.
• Develops effective relationships with co-workers.
• Ensures required IT processes are followed, and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division.
• Provides support and maintains service level agreements.
• Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions.
• Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review.
