When you work with Clarke, you are working with an industry leader! Our Team is currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to keep up our level of commitment to customer service. This is a great opportunity for a knowledgeable service writer representative to apply his or her skills in a company that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Retail focus – Customer Relationship
  • Solicit the sale of new or additional services
  • Strong Data Entry Skills    
  • Utilizes a computer system for updating customers on ongoing repairs in the shop or field, processing service invoices to include warranty claims.
  • Communicating with customers in person, over the phone, and using a computer
  • Handle/resolve service-related concerns

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  •  Truck or Heavy Duty background a plus 
  • Previous Parts experience is a HUGE plus
  • ASE certifications strongly encouraged
  • Ability to create professional relationships with customers and technicians
  • Ability to stay self-motivated
  • Driver's License is required
  • CDL is a Plus 

PHYSICAL and SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance. 
  • The associate must be able to read and write reports. 
  • Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
