What You’ll Do
- Â Execute residential HVAC installations with precision, following company standards
- Â Lead and mentor installation helpers to ensure high standards and efficiency
- Â Communicate clearly with customers, offering expert advice and addressing questions
- Â Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Â Ensure company tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained
- Â Serve as a key contact for customers, fostering trust and satisfaction throughout each job
- Â Collaborate with your team to meet project timelines and quality expectations
- Â Measure ductwork accurately and handle related installation tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Â 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Â EPA Certification (NATE certification a plus)
- Â Must pass a background check and random drug tests
-  Valid driver’s license with a clean record
-  Physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs
- Â Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
