Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ā 

Ā 

The Licensed Program Expert:Ā 
Ā 

  • Provides clinical leadership to assigned teams and effectively implements Youth Villages' treatment modelsĀ 

  • Provides training and coaching to personnel with various professional backgrounds (including but not limited to: clinicians, supervisors, regional supervisors, regional managers, and directors)Ā 

  • Ensures the success of the treatment program by providing weekly telephone consultation, conducting trainings for treatment teams, and coordinating clinical development for leadersĀ Ā 

  • Maintains policy, professional growth, and quality of service within the Clinical Services DepartmentĀ 

  • Completes accurate and timely documentation in an electronic medical record system (EMR)Ā 

  • Performs other duties as assignedĀ

Qualifications:Ā 

Ā 

  • Master's degree in a social services discipline (required)Ā 

    • Degrees that can be considered include: social work, drug and alcohol education or counseling, psychology, criminal justice, guidance counseling, or marriage and family therapy (others subject to review)Ā 

  • Must be clinically licensed (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW) or 6 months away from completion of licensure (required)Ā 

  • Supervisory experience within Youth Villages (preferred)Ā 

  • Experience in community-based programs (preferred)Ā 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detailĀ 

  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral skillsĀ Ā 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyĀ Ā 

  • Basic computer knowledgeĀ Ā 

  • Ability to maintain a flexible scheduleĀ
