Budget's 16-month accelerated leadership program is designed to fast-track ambitious recent college graduates into senior management and executive roles at the nation's largest and most successful rental car franchise.


As a selected participant, you'll be based in one of our dynamic locations across seven key cities in the Southeast, Midwest, or Mountain West regions鈥攐ffering the perfect blend of professional growth and vibrant lifestyle opportunities.


We're seeking highly motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial individuals ready to dive in and make an impact. You'll receive a comprehensive, personalized development plan with hands-on rotations across all departments, providing invaluable firsthand insight into our end-to-end operations.

Key Rotations and Responsibilities

Gain diverse, practical experience across core functions:


- Logistics: Track and optimize vehicle fleet movements based on demand forecasting; deliver exceptional customer assistance and coordinate seamless roadside support.

- Revenue Management: Leverage data analytics to predict customer demand, dynamically adjust pricing strategies, and drive revenue growth.

- Vehicle Maintenance, Repair & Remarketing: Conduct thorough damage assessments, manage vendor partnerships for repairs, and prepare vehicles for high-value remarketing.

- **Operations & Asset Control**: Elevate the customer experience through frontline transactions; expertly upsell products and services to boost sales; perform professional vehicle detailing; resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency; and oversee inventory controls and asset management processes.

- Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Source top talent, review applications, and represent the company at campus events and career fairs to build our future team.

- Administration & Human Resources: Partner with executives on strategic initiatives while supporting key departments, including HR, accounting, claims, fleet management, and training & development.

Requirements
