Immediate need for an inside sales rep reporting locally to the Distribution Services Manager in Memphis
Ones that come to my mind are: prior customer service experience, industrial distribution experience (nice to have), office environment experience, good work history, attentive to detail.
Receives and processes complex customer orders and inquiries.
Retrieves and processes POs and RFQs from EDI, customer portals, and websites
Offer one call resolution for any issues that may arise (stock check, tracking info, copper price)
Provides pricing, availability and schedule information within established guidelines
Suggests additional and/or alternative products as a solution to customer needs and to meet internal sales goals
Serves as a communication link between customer, Outside sales staff, and Customer Support Center to assure responsiveness
Develop and maintain customer quotations, records and files
Utilize Salesforce.com to maintain current communications and to support sales targeting initiatives
