Job DetailsJob Location: Memphis, TN 38118Position Summary The Solutions Partner III (L3) performs all responsibilities of the Solutions Partner I and II positions while serving as the operational point of contact for assigned customer accounts. This hourly, non-supervisory role combines warehouse operations, inventory management, and customer communication to ensure inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service. As part of HJI's multi-customer 3PL operation, Solutions Partner III team members are cross-trained and may rotate between customers, departments, and operational functions based on business needs. Responsibilities include warehouse operations, inventory control, value-added services, and customer support while maintaining HJI's safety, quality, and operational standards. Success in this role is measured by inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, operational performance, quality, safety, and daily demonstration of HJI's Core Values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operational Responsibilities Safely operate powered industrial equipment after successful certification. Rotate between operational assignments, customers, departments, and work areas based on business needs. Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, sequencing, kitting, assembly, repacking, sorting, and other customer-specific operations. Ensure compliance with HJI safety, quality, and operational standards. Perform all responsibilities of the Solutions Partner I and Solutions Partner II positions. Inventory Management Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation. Investigate inventory discrepancies and partner with operations to identify root causes and corrective actions. Process inventory adjustments following established procedures and approval requirements. Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems. Verify inbound and outbound inventory transactions for accuracy. Monitor inventory movement and location integrity. Assist with physical inventory and customer inventory audits. Maintain documentation supporting inventory transactions. Customer Support & Administrative Responsibilities Serve as a day-to-day operational contact for assigned customer accounts. Respond professionally to customer inquiries through email and other communication channels. Coordinate inventory requests, shipment status updates, and operational questions with customers and internal teams. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation related to inventory and customer operations. Communicate inventory concerns, shortages, damages, or operational issues to leadership and customers as appropriate. Maintain customer-specific documentation and standard operating procedures. Support onboarding of new customer requirements and operational changes. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Assist in implementing process improvements and best practices. Support training of team members on inventory procedures and customer requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Two or more years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory control experience preferred. Ability to communicate professionally through email and verbal communication. Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment or ability to obtain and maintain HJI certification. Previous inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse administration experience preferred. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Â Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Understanding of inventory control principles. Working knowledge of warehouse management systems. Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and identify trends. Strong customer service mindset. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
