What You’ll Get To Do: Oversees the enrollment process and develops individualized employment plans for participants, ensuring consistent delivery of services in alignment with best practices, standard work, and funding requirements. Supports participants in identifying career objectives and executes actionable plans to secure, retain, and advance in employment. Fosters collaborative relationships with job coaches, community partners, educational institutions, businesses, referral agencies, and employment organizations to assess needs and tailor service delivery for each individual. Promotes Goodwill NCW mission services within the community to enhance awareness and encourage referrals. Communicates proactively with all stakeholders to ensure skills instruction aligns with participant needs, addressing urgent concerns and feedback promptly. Provides guidance and referrals for career exploration, job search strategies, application processes, resume development, interview preparation, and job skills enhancement. Maintains and strengthens partnerships with employers, nonprofits, and school districts to support skill development and expand employment opportunities for participants. Monitors and manages participant progress and address barriers, including oversight of job coaching services, maintaining regular contact with participants through meetings, phone calls and/or completing site visits. Ensures accurate and timely documentation for participant files in compliance with funding sources, Goodwill NCW, and CARF standards. Monitors authorization for services provided, requesting new authorizations from funding sources as needed. Provides job coaching support as required. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsWhat We Need From You: Associate degree in related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in a similar field is preferred. Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints. Excellent communication, customer service skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel to other locations is required. At least an intermediate level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
