By automating complex, manual healthcare processes—like benefit verification and prior authorization—we’ve achieved 10x revenue growth over the past year, growing from $0 to >$10M in annual recurring revenue in less than 2 years, and currently help more than 400,000 new patients every month.

We’re partnering with some of the largest pharmacy benefit managers and payers in the nation, revolutionizing how healthcare interactions occur by eliminating human delays and inefficiencies. Our small, elite team of founders and engineers have previously launched and exited successful healthcare startups including Rupa Health and Canvas Medical. We are now scaling rapidly following a major funding round.

About The Role

We’re hiring an Executive Operations Lead to build and run the operating system for our executive team. This is not a traditional EA role. You will own prioritization, workflows, and leadership cadence so our CEO and exec team can operate at maximum leverage. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, anticipate needs, and ensure the executive layer of the company runs smoothly as we scale.

What You'll Do — Impact In Your First 3–6 Months:

  • Take ownership of executive calendars and cross-functional prioritization

  • Strengthen weekly leadership alignment and KR reporting

  • Run seamless executive travel end-to-end

  • Bring structure to onboarding/offboarding and payroll approvals

  • Establish clean rhythms for board and investor coordination

What You'll Own — Driving Growth Beyond 6 Months:

  • Build a scalable executive operations function

  • Improve clarity and accountability across leadership workflows

  • Reduce friction in recurring processes (meetings, reporting, travel, onboarding)

  • Act as a force multiplier for the CEO and executive team

What You'll Bring On Day 1:

  • 2–4+ years in executive operations, senior EA, chief of staff–lite, or similar roles at high-growth startups

  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously

  • Strong systems thinking and operational discipline

  • Excellent written communication and sound judgment

  • Comfort operating independently in fast-moving environments
