We are true partners and financial advisors to our business partners, working together to solve the toughest business challenges and operating with an objective perspective. We are looking for a Finance and Business Operations Manager who wants to shape the future of one of the world's most consequential products. Facebook helps billions of people connect with friends and family, discover communities, and explore content that they care about. Our product ecosystem, spanning messaging, groups, marketplace, dating, video, creators, and more, continues to evolve as we invest in AI-powered experiences, advanced content personalization, and new ways to deepen engagement. Facebook also serves as a primary revenue driver for Meta, making the financial stewardship of this business both high-impact and highly strategic. You'll drive planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across user engagement, growth initiatives, and new business models.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted Finance partner for Product, Engineering, and cross-functional tech leaders. Work collaboratively with these groups on growing the business, product investment strategy, capital allocation, and headcount and expense planning
  • Develop and drive return on investment (ROI) and impact frameworks across headcount, expense, and other user engagement and revenue-driving investments
  • Lead analytics and projects requiring expertise in Facebook's business model and share your insights with relevant stakeholders
  • Synthesize complex financial and operational data into clear narratives that inform executive decision making
  • Present financial reporting and forecasts to stakeholders across Facebook and Finance
  • Collaborate with central and horizontal Finance and Business Planning (FBP) teams to improve or automate core processes and drive adoption of AI tools internally

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Experience building advanced driver-based financial models and applying quantitative analysis to business decisions (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, SQL)
  • Demonstrated history of building trusted business partner relationships at increasingly executive levels, influencing decisions, and driving alignment on financial targets
  • Experience communicating financial analysis in writing and verbally to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presenting to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations at a large-scale consumer technology or internet company
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience integrating AI tools into financial planning and analysis workflows to improve forecast accuracy, accelerate scenario modeling, or automate reporting processes
  • Experience directly partnering with executive leadership teams in a high-growth or rapidly evolving business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
