Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Business Marketing organizations
- Provide analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence key decisions across the organization
- Advance the thinking on measuring marketing channels, revenue drivers, and informing marketing spend allocation
- Conduct analyses to drive sound investment decisions, such as return on marketing spend and LTV frameworks
- Create business partnerships with leaders of all levels and functions across marketing, product growth, and decision science teams
- Collaborate with central and horizontal Finance and Business Planning (FBP) teams to improve or automate core processes and drive adoption of AI tools internally
- Prepare VP and CFO-level financial review materials that translate complex marketing spend data into clear, executive-ready narratives on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of marketing investment scenarios, campaign launches, and organizational changes on overall spend trajectory
- Proactively surface financial risks and opportunities to marketing and finance leadership, providing data-driven recommendations to support decision-making
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Business Operations, or related analytical organizations demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Experience manipulating data sets and working with system and analytics tools (e.g., Hyperion, SQL)
- Experience building trusted business partner relationships at increasingly executive levels, influencing decisions, and driving alignment on financial targets
- Experience communicating financial analysis in writing and verbally to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presenting to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions
- MBA, CPA, or CFA designation
- Experience integrating AI tools into financial planning and analysis workflows to improve forecast accuracy, accelerate scenario modeling, or automate reporting processes
- Experience in Go-to-Market, marketing, marketing finance, or digital advertising domains
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Experience with ROI and LTV (Lifetime Value) frameworks to optimize marketing investments
- Experience directly partnering with executive leadership teams in a high-growth or rapidly evolving business environment
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
$162,000/year to $229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
