Responsibilities
- Deconstruct and map existing complex legacy marketing workflows and design streamlined, AI-native replacements
- Design the human-to-agent workflow and interaction model, defining where AI agents add value and where simple automation is more appropriate
- Establish the operating model for how full-stack marketers will manage a team of agents to execute campaigns, including designing the human-agent handoff interface to minimize friction
- Manage the transition timeline from manual execution to an agentic workflow, managing complex change management across cross-functional teams
- Establish baselines and a measurement framework to document current state metrics (time, cost, quality, error rate) before agents go live, ensuring the ROI of the transformation
- Determine the OpEx transition schedule and continuously optimize the workflow to increase efficiencies
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, and marketing teams to bridge the gap between marketing needs and technical execution
- Lead team training to prepare marketers with adequate expectations and skills to leverage the new AI agents
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in process and operations management, digital marketing, technical marketing operations, or systems architecture
- Proven track record of deconstructing highly complex, legacy operational processes and designing efficient, automated, or AI replacements
- Experience leading large-scale change management initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, engineering, data science)
- Experience organizing complex procedures into straightforward, modular, and reusable workflows
- Experience establishing operational baselines, measurement frameworks, and reporting on the ROI of process transformations and efficiencies
- Evidenced success with cross-functional communication skills and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience designing human-in-the-loop systems or human-agent interaction models in an operational context
- Understanding of campaign execution standards, MarTech stacks, and digital marketing channels
- Experience managing the transition of workflows from manual execution to automated or agentic systems
